VOLUNTEER::

Volunteers participate in AWBP activities like awareness events, photography, content writing, painting, etc.

  1. This is not a paid job.
  2. Volunteers must be Independent, Smart, Positive | Self Motivated, Dedicated, Team Oriented, Obey organisation guidelines, and be constant learners with a growth mindset.
  3. Volunteers must be in touch with the organisation leads every day.
  4. Volunteers must thoroughly understand the trust guidelines, activities and other details.
  5. You have to give at least 4 hrs per week. 
  6. Volunteers expect to work with us for at least six months and do one year of volunteering to get our volunteer certificate.
  7. As a volunteer, if you have developed any content (art, article writing, application development etc.) for this project, you agree to give complete ownership to our organisation. And also, you are supposed to keep this work private (not to share it anywhere).
  8. Volunteers need to keep every piece of information confidential regarding the tasks.
  9. One can be officially a volunteer of AWBP Trust only after they receive an onboard email from us.
  10. Volunteers who are not engaged in any activities intentionally for more than two weeks will automatically be terminated from the trust and should reapply for volunteering service again. 
  11. AWBP Trust may or may not communicate in any form to the volunteer if terminated. The trust may or may not provide the reason for termination. 
  12. Volunteers must actively be part of all the activities related to the volunteer category that they have chosen.
  13. Volunteers must maintain the gap between their personal lifestyle and AWBP Trust activities.
  14. Volunteers must work on assigned tasks only.
  15. The volunteer can share ideas through the contact form, but AWBP Trust will decide after reviewing them.
  16. The volunteer should not misguide anyone by giving incorrect information, which AWBP Trust does not approve. Whoever involve in such things will be terminated from the trust without further communication.
  17. The volunteer should share all the posts of AWBP Trust from the AWBP Trust official page (like website, instagram, facebook, youtube) only but is not encouraged to create new content of their own anywhere outside our channels without permission.
  18. Volunteers are responsible for caring for themselves while participating in AWBP Trust events. AWBP Trust is not responsible for any damage to the volunteer during or outside the event.
INSTALLER::

An installer takes the water bowl from AWBP Trust and installs them at different places to provide safe drinking water to stray animals.

  1. Installers are responsible for monitoring, filling drinking water and cleaning the bowls regularly.
  2. Installers must use the water bowls to keep the water only but unsuitable for other food particles. 
  3. Installers are requested to collect only the number of water bowls; they can keep water bowls 24 hrs around the year, monitor, fill and clean and share pictures and videos with us regularly.
  4. If any bowls are stolen, broken or damaged, the installer needs to inform AWBP Trust immediately via a contact form or phone (Call the lead volunteer or +91 79939 12345). We will assist with the issue.
ACCESS POINT Lead::

Responsible for stocking the bowls in an allocated space and handover to installers.

  1. The volunteer must provide a space to stock at least 25 water bowls (minimum period: until the bowls get over).
  2. The volunteer must follow the guidelines of awbp trust.
  3. The volunteer must work with us for at least one year or until the stocked water bowl ends.
  4. The volunteer should give water bowls to the people who show email copy received from awbp trust (contact@awbpindia.org) and the number of bowls as per the mail.
  5. If anybody directly reaches for the water bowl, the volunteer should ask them to request through the awbp trust website contact form (link here: Click here).
